Join Erin for a 6 week course on the foundations of Canine Fitness. Dogs must be older than 6 months of age to participate. Dogs do not have to be currently involved in sports as this will benefit every dog regardless of their lifestyle. You will have access to a weekly workout planner that includes How To Videos as well as a weekly LIVE Virtual Workout with Erin and her Super Dogs. You will also have the ability to send up to 5 mins of video from your homework sessions for Erin to supply feedback for you. Class discussions will take place in a private Facebook Group.
